Sales Manager (Plastics/Rubber)
We invite application for the above position to take forward our Plastic/Rubber business from the world leading company ExxonMobil, Zeon etc.
Responsibilities
Direct and implement the sales plan as well as carry out sales and marketing activities through sales team to achieve overall business targets.  Keep close relationship with existing and future key business partners.  Lead, manage, motivate, coach and develop the sales team
Qualifications
  • Masters in any discipline preferably in chemistry/Applied chemistry
  • Market oriented as well as good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability of preparing sales budget
  • Good contact with local customers to generate sales
  • Can take extensive customer visit
Experience
Minimum 5 years sales & marketing experience preferably in Plastics/Rubber with proven leadership experience.

Age: 32-35 years

Work Station: Dhaka
